I am having premature ejaculation. I ejaculate within a period of within 1 min. I would like to know whether there is any treatment for this and is it reliable ? Where can i find a doctor in kerala or what specialist do i have to consult ?

respected dr,
i am 27 years old male single.i am from pakistan.i have acne from past 6 years but from 2 year it is worst then before i uesd hoemo mad like beberies echnicea and other wich given by local doctor.but they does not work much.my health is ok i regular excersise little bit stomuch disoder like gastric but not contipution.i have acne aroun my chekh and forhead some pimple with pain and pus.and scars also.plz help me to solve this.tc

How can i reduce my weight without effecting my health...i am a working women and always tries to eat a balanced diet i am not an over eater.My Weight-65Kg Height-5.4 Ft. Present Diet- Breakfast: morning breakfast consists of two dosa or 4 idlis or 4 slice of bread..

Hi, I suffer from recurring depression. Over the past year, I've noticed an increase in certain flu-like symptoms such as a chronic sore throat, fatigue, food intolerances etc. I haven't formally been diagnosed with an infection and it's hard to know if these are just the result of increased inflammation/depressed immunity from my mood disorder.
Anyway, I tend to find that nicotine (in the form of gum, lozenges) is very helpful for my concentration. I use 3-5 pieces a week. If indeed I am experiencing some underlying infection, would nicotine be unwise to use in this context? What are its general effects on immunity like?

I am studying my +2 now, facing problem everyday and struggling to control it.
My parents are teachers and we are living in small home. My mom and me used to sleep in king size bed ( since my childhood) and dad used to sleep in seperate bed otherside as we have one bed room only. We used to have mosquito nets around our beds.
When I was in high school, once I noticed mom was going to dad's bed and they used to have sex. Typically they used to do it in middle of night after I asleep. I have been used to see it half open eyes in that bed light whats happeing inside their mosquito net.
Once after they had sex, mom came back and slept beside me as usual.
After she went to sleep, i went close to her and hug her butt from back and slept. She was in asleep and did not much noticed me even she moves from this side to other side.
This has developed more attached to her and now some times I go close to her and hug her and sleep. It was fine upto here but I was not able to control my feelings, started trying to do more.
Once my dad went to banglore, I noticed her saree was up and noticed that she had no panties, I tried to do something it did not work. I did not do any sex. She never got angry on me when I hug her from back and sleep.
This is caused bad thoughts in me to do sex with her, I know its wrong and she will not accept it. How do I control these feelings from me and be nice boy and focus on my studies.

I am so nervous about going into labor next month. My first orignally due date based on my last period was on Feb.8th, but the ultrasound estimated due date is Feb. 21st. The baby is little when I was 26 weeks she was only 1 pound and 4 ounces. So I think she's going to come early. I really freaking out becuase I do not like pain and I have to get a Epidural and medicine throught the Catheter else nothing won't get accomplished. My family told me I am close built. Will that give me complications? Also when would be the best time to go to the hospital because I heard you should try to walk and don't rush to the Hospital. What's the earliest I can recieve an epidural, and they they run out? If so could i get anotherr one? Lastily, when would it be too late to recieve any medication and the epidural?
