In respect of foreign travel medical insurance, is it obligatory that even at the inception of the contract that there should be mutual agreement for settlement on cashless basis? Is it not expected in all foreign travel mediclaim policies the insurer undertakes to directly pay the hospital on cashless basis in foreign currency in respect of a policy issued in Indian soil? Is there any case law on this issue? whether a consumer forum in India can insist that a claim against insurer for deficiency could be insisted only upon payment of the hospital charges by the patient / insured to the hospital before hand?

I am 57 years old and my weight is 64 kg. I underwent a bypass surgery last year and since then my heart was beating down (my normal pulse rate is 40-48) which Still continues. There is no pain in my heart, but I'm too tired to sit up or movement. My BP and Sugar remains high for 6 months after surgery & Now I have BP 145/90 and sugar 82/125 But I am worried about my lower heart rate which comes down to 34 sometimes, please suggest a diet or medicine. I'm currently taking prescription drugs Lanoxin 0.25(sometimes i stopped taking it), carvil 3.125, Moxovas 0.3, Planep 25, echospirin 150, Telsive 40, Unistar 75, Anjispan TR, Torget 20 etc.
I would like to know whether medicine does any affect to heart beat.
Kindly advise based on any side effects/interaction of these drugs.

hi dr i am 287 yrs i have a problem of fatique and high bp sometimes i get fatique with hot flases sensation in teeths and fast heart beats imy bp is 150/100 and i have constant bp with 130/90 and have no issue with this bp i am also having depression medicines since 1 year and i have fear of heart attack has i have performed egc several times it is normal and i have also consultated a cardiologist but they say i dont have any heart problem still i have fear of heart problem as i have mild chest pain sometimes and acces sweating and unexplained weekness and i have got opreated for two reason 1 for my cesearean aand another for lump in my pelvis and have a unbearable backpain please suggest if i have any serious problem

I do become very angry most of the times and shouting on my kids and my husband, and always forget things even my kids DOB, becoming very lazy and always have headache and spinal cord. I always feel bad of myself and can't remember most things to write.

My wife has reddish portion on deep end of toung but not on toung. Consulted ENT specialist who advised not to worry just get mouler polished. Consulted Dentist who diagnised it as ulcer but not due to sharp mouler teeth. Dentist has prescribed ointment - Triamcinolone Acetoninide Cream to apply 3 to 4 times a day. The problem is that she is unable to reach the spot and in her attempt to do so she gets vommiting sensation and vomits.
She has been complaining of pain in this area frequently for last 2 years but dosctores were consulted when it didn't subside.
May I request you to advise probable reason/cause of the problem and alternate medicine other than ointment/cream (as not possible to reach the spot?
