My dad was just diagnosed with lung tb. My parents live in Italy. My now 2 yr old daughter and I went to visit for 2 weeks in April. My dads quaranteened at the hospital and I'm freaking out. Should my daughter and I go get tested? What should we do? He's really sick and I'm scared. Please help.

Hello Doctor,
I am Riya and 30 years of age. We are married for 3+years and want to have children now.
We tried twice for kids and I miscarried both times(Feb 2011,march 2012) at 8,5 weeks.
Since, I am based in UK and there is no way to rush and force doctors here, I went and got a detailed examination done in India over my last visit. They ordered karyotyping,cbc,t3,t4,tsh,AMH,APLA,PCRfor TB,LH,FSH.
Everything came in normal except for AMH which is raise to a level of 11.12ng/ml. She asked me to take metforamin 250 mg if I wish till i fall pregnant.
Since, it was too late and I could not collect the medicine from India. Now, I want to know what these levels mean? Is it fine if we start planning family once again, or should we take few precautions before we try the third time.

I am a 26 years old boy. My skin type is oily. I have problem of acne(since 17 age) especially very severe in winters. They develops under the skin, cysts are formed, and leaves red scars the generally takes months to fade. I feel very bad and losing confidence to interact with people.9 months ago I had taken Allopathic treatment and the doc prescribed me isotretinoin. It worked wonders and cleaned up all pimples and scars in 3 months. but it had side affects . I started losing my hairs and thining . SO i have discontinued it 5 months ago and now my face has become prone to acne again and getting 1-2 pimples weekly...I dont know what to do, I dont want to go back to allopathic treatment. Hi. I was diagnosed Lung TB on November 5th. Beginning: I had fever, 38C temp., lot of blood in sputum, pain while cough, I was nervous, tired, lost weight, couldnt sleep. I were in hospital 2 months, and under full therapy - RF, INH, ETH, PZA - for 2,5 months. My symptoms dissapeard, I feel great, I am home now. Doc told me to come to control in April. But, this morning I had tiny spot of blood in my sputum, for the first time after this symptom dissapeard in November. Is it normal, or I should be concerned? Thanks

My mother is suffering from deep keratitis.She had been treated with steoids & antibiotics.Now she is taking lubricants in the eye.But she constatantly complains of continuous lacrimation & haziness.Nearby ophthalmologist told me that there cannot be done anything in this case,except giving her ACICLOVIR systemically & that too when it becomes severe & recurrent.You please kindly give your opinion.

I have 4 & 1/2 year old kid diagnosed with Down Syndrome. He can't talk and do not understand. what treatment , therapy should be given to him at this stage. I am living in Arunachal Pradesh where there is no facility.

My mother was insured by ICICI pru life. When she expired, I claim against her life insurance. But ICICI Pru Life had denied with some false clause.
When I have claim in insurance ombudsman then judge was also favor of ICICI . Like he was close relative of ICICI. I am ordinary student , when I want put my point, ombudsman’s judge never agree to listen my point. He was always favor of ICICI professional guys. and till date I did not got solution.
