I am suffering from Duodonal ulcer+FLU and under PPI (Pentocid DSR) since August 2011 I have no trouble now but how long shall I continue Pentocid?

Dr Doctor, 3 years back I had Fever after a month I was diagonised by a Doctor in Coimbatore as TB and I had medicine for 6 months as per doctor's advice, I was ok for almost 6 months then again I got fever with same symptoms and I was under treatment for TB for almost 1year as advised by the Doctor( Specialist in TB) in Chennai.
I was ok after that for almost one year, but three days back again I developed fever with almost same symptoms ( loss of Apetite), just having medicine for fever like crocine and some biscuits.
Dr kindly advise, aim developed TB again or what, if so how many times i have to take treatment for TB. please advise doctor.

My age is 35, weight is 95 and my height is 168 cm. I had put on weight only after my infertility treatment. I do not eat much, but i do not maintain timing in eating and i am finding time for walking. No exercise. Now i am very keen and sincere in losing my weight. Pls help me. If u can give me a calorie chart of indian food etc. I would be very grateful. I am suffering from cervical spondolysis and my neck is aching very badly it is only after that i noticed that i had a BP of 140/100.helpful. What is the right treatment of cervical spondolysis?

my dad has Lung TB, which was diagonised 20 days back. He has been put on antibiotics and other drugs by the physician.
Should we isolate him or what are the best ways or measures we family members should take to avoid the bacteria from sprading.
Pls advise as i have a child whose age is 6 yrs, i'm very much worried

My son of 5 months has been administered all vaccines as per the vaccination chart given by doctors at his birth till date.Now there is a goverment polio programme scheduled in the city.Should i stick to the chart given or should this extra polio dose be taken.
