Gastric band hypnotherapy does work. My wife who struggled to lose weight tried lots of different diets and spent over 25,000 pounds over a four year period to lose weight without much success. She was then told about hypnotherapy to lose weight and went to see a gastric band hypnotherapy expert called Claire Hegarty and within 12 months she went down from 18 stone to 11 stone. If you have found diets are a waste of time then research gastric band hypnotherapy as it does work
